Mom's & Katia's Birthdays!

Our birthdays are actually in October but this was the first chance I got to post them.

Mom's birthday is on October 3rd.I tried my hand at making a Vacherin for mom's birthday.

South Carolina State Fair 2009

On Monday Oct. 19th we headed to Columbia to spend the day at the fair.

This is on the way.

Maggie isn't sleeping, she just happened to blink when I took the picture.

Maggie in the kiddie bumper-cars. She didn't understand the point of bumper-cars at first so she just avoided everyone.

We found out later that for some reason the little kids were supposed to avoid each other.

Dallas rode this. The 'Fire-Ball' swings back & forth while spinning and it goes rather high!

The story behind this picture is: Maggie really wanted to ride a 'big kid' ride with Dallas or Brigitte, so we thought this one was an 'easy' ride for her because all it did was spin around. You can't tell but Maggie is in the seat with Dallas. After the ride was finished Maggie told us that she would stick with the kiddie rides instead:)

Beach Vacation 2

This past weekend Dallas & Papa had to officiate soccer games on Hilton Head Island, so being the spontaneous family that we are, at the 'last minute' Papa told us girls we should come along so we could spend the day at the beach while the boys worked:DAll of us girls getting ready to go to the beach.

Beach Vacation 1

September 5, 2009 Dallas' soccer team was playing down in Goose Creek, SC. So the whole family went down so that after the games we could all go to the beach. A dragonfly decided Chrissy's toe was the best place to watch the game from!
